Responsible for developing social assistance programs, empowering the poor and elderly, healthy lifestyles and environmental health, facilities for the public interest, going directly to the community and collaborating with the ministry of social affairs, regional government, community leaders, local religious leaders as well as all social mobilizing stakeholders in the region. Adapt to the environment, society, culture and customs of the local community.
